Yeah, I know, I'm obsessed with water creatures but can't help because we have a lot of those things in Finnish mythology.


Name: Maiju aka Mama

Gender: Probably female

Species: Maiju represents Necks/Nixies(water spirits) who are drowned people. So, once Maiju was a human and now she's not.

Eye color: Dark deep blue (almost black)

Abilities: Shapeshifting, under water breathing, singing.

Personality: She's a bit pompous but can also be nice. Let's put it in this way, she's nice to you if you're nice to her. Being nice to her means that you are the basic nice and/or do what she "asks". If you show some disrespect, you're gonna pay for that. She's pretty quick-witted so arguing with her may end up to your humiliation. Only way to get her loose her coolness is starting to ask things about her past before she became a nixie.
